Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Fresh Avocado
  • 1 ½ tsp. Lime Juice
  • 1 Cup 8 Oz Milk, fat-free
  • ½ Cup of apple juice or white grape juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Cup of Lucky Vanilla Yogurt

Instructions

Cut avocado in half and remove the peel. Scoop out flesh and Blend it well, add remaining ingredients and blend again.
